Mr. Doubley is one of those weird guys who still play with their teddies, drive weird vehicles and stuff. While a good technician can make a working space station out of a paperclip and a piece of chewing gum, this guy can manage to cause a disastrous catastrophe with said materials. It's a miracle he made it quite far on No Privacy 8, despite uttering little words...
